Arches® watercolour paper is made of 100% cotton, acid-free, which gives it strength, stability and a characteristic feel.
It is made the old-fashioned way.
The roll machine gives it a harmonious and varied grain (tea towel), fine or satin.
By being gelatinised in the mass and then air-dried, the colours retain a good result even after scraping and cleaning.
Their natural colour and antifungal protection ensure excellent permanence.
It is recommended for watercolour, gouache, acrylic, ink and calligraphy. It can be used in typography, offset printing.
