Artemio handprint frame

With this frame, you can create a very special gift and a keepsake in which to capture a child’s handprint or footprint and preserve it for posterity. The frame has three compartments; the largest one (16.5 x 10 cm) is for the hand or foot print, whilst the other two (6.5 x 6.5 cm) are for a photograph and essential details such as name, age, weight and height. These two panels open at the back so you can add these details. The frame is white, so you can personalise it with any decorations you like or paint it with chalk paint or acrylic paint, or even use decoupage techniques .

• Instructions for using the paste:
• - Immerse the sealed sachet in a bowl of hot water at a temperature of between 30 and 40°C.
• - Remove the modelling paste from the bag and knead it for 5 to 10 minutes, adding a few drops of water if necessary.
• - Place the modelling clay on the part of the frame without glass and smooth it out using your fingers or a spoon. Wash your hands with soap to remove any residue.
• - Place the baby’s hand or foot (or the dog’s or cat’s paw) on the putty. To ensure the entire print is clearly captured, press the fingers down for 20 seconds and the palm for a further 20 seconds.
• - Carefully wash the baby’s hand or foot to remove any residue.
• - Leave to dry for 2 to 3 days. The putty will have shrunk slightly.
