One of the most notable improvements in this new generation is its removable handle, which attaches and detaches with a simple click. When you’re not using it, the non-slip base includes a dedicated slot to store it securely, making it easier to transport and put away.

The top section, previously covered with rubber, now features a flat and stable surface, ideal for resting the plates while you work. It also includes an ergonomic design that allows you to grip it comfortably both from the top and from the lower indentations.

As is typical of Sizzix, this Big Shot retains its full power to die-cut and emboss a wide variety of materials: paper, cardstock, fabric, felt, leather, vellum, EVA foam, acetate, and more. You can create embossed designs on paper, cardstock or foil and use any texture folder from Sizzix or compatible brands.

With this Starter Kit, you’ll have everything you need to begin designing personalised cards, invitations, scrapbooking projects, home décor, sewing and fashion projects, and endless creative ideas.

Using it is as simple as placing the die or embossing folder between the cutting plates, feeding the whole set into the machine, and turning the handle until it passes completely through the rollers. In seconds, you’ll have perfectly cut shapes or embossed designs ready to use.
