Chrome effect spray paint for decoration and crafts.

Applications of the chrome effect
Fast drying decorative paint. Indicated to apply on metal, paper, ceramics and most plastic materials. An excellent result is obtained when applied in interiors: candelabras, vases, photo frames, etc.
Avoid manipulating the painted object.

Technical characteristics of the spray chrome effect
Formats 200ml and 400ml
Aerosol Spray yield 200ml = 1 m2 ; 400ml = 2 m2
Dry in 30 minutes.
Repainted in 1 hour.
How to use the chrome effect paint
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free of any type of contaminant.

Shake the spray vigorously for 1 minute (you'll hear the mixing ball). Aerosol Spray at a distance of 25/30 cm, applying thin and fast coats, first horizontally and then vertically. It is advisable to give two thin layers and not one thick one to obtain a uniform covering and to avoid sagging. Once the operation is finished, invert the can and press until only gas comes out to clean the button.

Once finished the object should not be rubbed, varnished, or treated with any cleaner or solvent as it would lose shine.

Difference between chrome plating and decorative chrome effect
We must distinguish between professional and purely decorative chromium plating. For professional chrome plating the object must be immersed in a container at temperature with liquid chromium so that it adheres and forms the chromium film. Today it is impossible to achieve the same spray finish as the temperature immersion treatment. What exists in spray is the chrome effect for decorative use. This is a chrome effect layer that emulates traditional chrome objects.

Recommendations for painting with chrome effect
For decorative use only.

To get a better anchorage and protection, treat the surface previously with any of the available PINTYPLUS primers depending on the surface and final use of the object to be painted.

To paint on already painted surfaces, if the paint is well adhered, sand it superficially to facilitate the adherence. If the paint is in bad conditions we will eliminate it by sanding or other means such as with Stripping agent.
To clean the painted object, avoid using any chemical or natural product. Better a feather duster than a cloth.
Do not use on equipment connected to the current and apply in ventilated places.
