Stamperia Pastry Straightener

The straightener is the essential tool to smooth and adhere the cake toppings.
It has been created to obtain a professional and perfect result, a perfectly smooth surface ready to be decorated.
It is recommends using 2 process straighteners.

Instructions:
- Spread a layer of sugar paste, large enough to cover the cake on the silicone mat dusted with icing sugar. Cover the cake to be decorated.
Smooth the dough and make it stick to the cake, eliminating folds and wrinkles using the straightener with circular movements.
For best results, use 2 straighteners, one for smoothing and the other to hold the cake.
