• Schmincke has been developing and manufacturing its Horadam line of watercolors since 1881, and the company is now owned by the fourth generation of the original family.
• The range is made up of 139 standard colors of which 95 are formulated with a single pigment. Each color has its own individually optimized formula.
• For the production of these watercolors, the highest quality highly concentrated pigments, natural gums, such as the natural gum arabic used as a binder, and water-soluble resins have been used.
