Mini trimmer, precision scissors, double-sided tape, rings, punches... and now, eyelets!
As you know, we're launching a must product collection under our own brand, you know, those tools and materials that can't be missing from any scrap collection. The eyelets are one of those products that cannot be missing, and weāve been working for months on this new project. We're very excited to have our own eyelets line, and we wanted them to be just as we had imagined them. We wanted a wide range of eyelets with beautiful and different colours so that youād have a wide spectrum to choose from.
After the punch machines, we found the eyelets to be the most appropriate product to launch under our brand because they are very useful. They work for decoration purposes, but also for binding, making pockets... there are a thousand possibilities to be made with these small ornaments.
As you surely know, eyelets can be used on a lot of materials such as Eva foam, fabric, tags and even the covers of your scrapbooking albums.
Our eyelets are compatible with all the punching tools available in the market, and we can find three different sizes:
-Mini Eyelets:Ā with an approximate 0,48 mm outside diameter. Also, you must keep in mind that, in order to place this eyelets, you'll have to set up your Crop a Dile in the C3 position. -Standard Eyelets: with an approximate 8 mm outside diameterĀ (5 mm the inside diameter) -Wide Eyelets:Ā with an approximate 13 mm outside diameterĀ (5 mm the inside diameter)
Using them is very easy, you only need a tool like the Crop A Dile, which drills and places the eyelet in the hole. Very easy! You also have the option of acquiring this tool in different colours and sizes.
To make them, we focused mainly on two things: firstly, something we considered essential, the notches on the back. For us, it was very important that once placed, the back opened in a flower form so that the final result was clean and neat. Not all eyelets are like this and many times more than one project has not finished as well as we would like because of this.
Another thing we gave a lot of importance to, was the colours. We released a fairly wide range of colours, a total of 18, in different shades and with different finishes. From the most basic colours such as black, white, different shades of purple, green or blue, to the most special colours that could not be missing from our eyelets collection such as mint, turquoise and rose gold.
In addition to these colours, weāve created some of them with a metallic finish, to give a more special touch to our projects. So, you can find rose gold, silver and turquoise with a metallic finish.
Each eyelet pack contains 40 pieces inside, a quite considerable amount, especially considering that they have an invincible price!
