Payment method

At Craftelier we have 4 different payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • Credit / Debit card:

    (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and other national and international cards*).
    A totally secure bank payment gateway is used for this purpose. Card details are not provided to Craftelier, we are therefore not responsible for their storage. This is the most convenient and quickest method of payment. *AmericanExpress, some prepaid and internet cards are not accepted.

  • Paypal:

    If you have a PayPal account, you may pay easily through it. At the end of your order, you will be redirected to their website so that you can complete the payment with the email you are registered with. It is also an immediate method of payment; once the payment is received, the order is automatically put in preparation.

  • Deposit in account / Bank transfer*:

    Once you have placed your order, you can make a deposit to one of our Ebury bank accounts. Until the payment is reflected in our accounts, the order will not be prepared, so if the order is urgent, we do not recommend this method of payment. You have 3 days after placing your order to make the payment. After this time, the order will be automatically cancelled. *In some countries, this payment method is not available.

  • Scalapay: Purchase in 3 payments:

    Split the purchase of your order into 3 equivalent and convenient payments, with a monthly deadline and no additional costs. You will manage your payments from the Scalapay application. The first payment will be automatically withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have on the app; the second one 30 days after the day of purchase and the third one two months after purchase. These payments will be automatically charged to your predefined card on the due date. This purchase method is managed by the company Scalapay; if you have any questions about payment or collection you can email them at [email protected].

VAT

All the prices of the products we have for sale at Craftelier include VAT. The VAT percentage will depend on the rate in force in each country.
In the case of orders destined for customs countries such as Norway, Serbia and Switzerland, the price indicated on the site does not include VAT.

Invoice

If you need an invoice with your company labelled, you can note these details in your customer account in order to download it directly once you have completed your order.
If you do not have a customer account, you can email us at [email protected] (Subject "Invoice Order Number XXX") after completing the purchase, indicating the order number and all the necessary information to send it back to you by email in PDF.
If you need an invoice for VAT refund, please send us an email to [email protected] before making your purchase indicating your intra-community VAT number.
Once we have checked that the number is correct and valid, we will notify you so that you can make your order normally on our site.
Once the order has been placed, email us the order number and we will take care of the procedures for VAT refund.
We will send you the correct invoice excluding VAT in PDF format and we will refund you by the payment method once the order is being shipped.

Minimum purchase

We do not have a minimum shipping amount, but for logistical reasons, the shipping costs will depend on the destination.

At Craftelier, we want to reward the loyalty of the customers who choose us to make their purchases. That's why we have a Points Club where you can obtain reward points to be exchanged for direct discounts on your next orders.

How do I get points?

  • Register:

    Create your customer account and get 100 points (only one registration per email address).

  • Buy:

    3 points per euro of unlimited purchase.

  • Comment:

    20 points for each comment you make on products (up to 20 approved comments).

  • Invite:

    20 points per friend invited (up to 20 friends).

How to use the points?

Place the order from your customer account so that the option "Use points" appears in the shopping cart.
Select how many points you want to use; you may choose some or all of them at the same time.
Click on "Apply points" and the discount will be automatically applied to the order before it is completed.

when do points expire?

Points are valid for 90 days from the date they are earned.
A few days before they expire, you will receive an email to let you know so that you can use them before you lose them.
You can check your total points balance in the "My Points" section in your customer account..

Shipping cost

We send from Spain all over Europe! You can see all our rates depending on the country by clicking here.
All orders sent to custom countries will pass imperatively through customs, which clearance costs are at the Client's expense. (Delivery time depends on customs procedures.)
Shipping costs depend on the country, the shipping agency and the order itself (volume and content), hence some products cannot be sold for certain countries or locations.
Orders sent to certain islands and locations will have higher shipping costs than those sent to mainland.

Shipping conditions

The delivery time is indicated in working days (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays in Spain, Castilla y León and the city of León are considered non-working days).
Once you've placed an order, you will be able to see an estimated time of preparation and shipment. Shipping estimated time of arrival depend on the country, the shipping agency and the order itself (volume and content).
During campaigns, or in determined times of the year involving a higher volume of orders, preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Before finishing your order, please check very thoroughly your address, since we would not be able to modify it when it will be sent for shipment.In case you may have misspelled some essential information on your order, please contact the customer agency as soon as possible.
In case the shipping agency cannot find you or cannot settle a delivery time with you, the customer service will try to email you and ask you to contact them as soon as possible.
Furthermore, when the order leaves our premises, you also receive an email with the delivery tracking data you may need.

Shipping agencies do not deliver on weekends.
Orders sent to custom countries will pass imperatively through customs, which clearance costs are at the Client's expense.
Delivery time depends on customs procedures.

In general, shipping agencies will make two delivery attempts. If you are absent both times, you will have to pick it up at their facilities (Parcel Shop). Remember that when the order is shipped, the transport agency emails you with the order tracking number, and you can arrange home delivery or delivery at the Parcel Shop (depending on the agency).
In all cases, your order would be kept at the Parcel Shop for 10 working days; after that, if the order has not been withdrawn, the agency will return it to our warehouses.
In Sweden, parcels weighing less than 20 kgs can only be delivered to the Parcel Shop (GLS).

If you had not picked your order after the attempts and it has finally been returned to us, the customer service will automatically cancel your order and refund it deducting the logistics and round-trip shipping costs (€12) regardless of the total purchase amount, only once the parcel has arrived in our premises.
The refund will be done by the same payment method used for the order. Please check the shipping agency's conditions when you are selecting your delivery. It may imply some compulsory conditions.
IMPORTANT: In some shipping agencies, if you selected to be delivered without signature and the parcel is stated as delivered but don't physically have it, you cannot claim for it, since it is considered as the Client's responsibility.

Withdrawals

Once you've received the order, if you change your mind and want to give one or all products back, you have the right to withdraw them within 14 working days after receiving it. "You may find here the Withdrawal form you must enclose into the parcel along with the product or products that you will withdraw. Please make sure your parcel is well protected, since we won't take any responsibility for any deterioration during shipping, and you may suffer partial or total depreciation fee if the parcel arrives damaged." "You also will have to email us at [email protected] with your order number and the product or products you wish to return. The Customer service will email you back the steps to follow and the solutions available. Bear in mind we do not exchange products but only refund the items you send back." "The product must be returned in its original closed packaging, new, unused and with all accessories in perfect condition. If the item does not comply with any of these requirements, the Client will suffer partial or total depreciation." "The refund will be done by the same payment method used for the order. It can take up to 10 working days after the time we receive your returned parcel. *In case the order has been done by bank deposit/transfer, you will need to provide us full IBAN, BIC and account holder to refund you properly." Damaged and Defective Products Claims

Once they deliver your order, please check whether it is complete and all the items are the one you purchased. If you detect any product is damaged or does not function correctly, we apologize, it may be a hidden defect, and we must claim it to our supplier. For better assistance, you need to email the Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number mentioned in the subject and explaining a bit your issue. It is essential you warn us within 14 days after receiving your parcel, as it sometimes is a shipping damage and the shipment company limits any claims to a few days." "It is very important that you keep for at least 15 working days the shipment box, as we will ask you pictures of it (some with the visible shipment label). This will help us greatly to do some checking and find the best solution to your issue." "If the product is damaged or not functioning correctly, you will need to email a brief summary of your issue, joining some pictures and/or a short video so that the Customer Service can determine how best to help you. The possible solutions are a refund the item (total or partially), a replacement for a new product, or a discount if the issue is minor. These options will be decided by the Customer Service and jointly with the Technical Department according to the magnitude of the issue. The Customer Service will email the solutions available and the steps to follow." Incorrect Shipment

Once they deliver your order, please check whether it is complete and all the items are the one you purchased. If you detect that a product is missing, or you received an item that does not correspond to your order, we apologize, and will do our best not to repeat this mistake.
