Silhouette introduces Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha, the latest version of the Cameo line.

Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha comes with real improvements in both precision and usability, while maintaining the best of Silhouette Cameo 5. Whether you're a creative hobbyist or a seasoned professional, it offers a smooth, refined user experience and exceptional results, making it the perfect tool to bring your ideas to life. It's fast, precise and quieter.

With the new Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha, the print and cut system now includes four registration marks, significantly improving vertical and horizontal alignment. In addition, the new rollers offer improved material fit and visibility.

Intelligent Path Technology (IPT) transforms the cutting experience with optimised cut order, predictive accuracy and multi-layer capability, delivering smoother, cleaner results while saving time and reducing media stress.

Fast sketch mode allows up to 400 mm/s with biros. The electrostatic mat capacity has been increased from 0.2mm to 0.5mm, allowing it to support a wider range of materials. This improvement gives creators greater flexibility and a firmer grip for flawless results.

Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha supports media up to 12" and can handle roll media, especially when using the new optimised roll feeder and additional support rollers.

Compatible with PixScan™ and wireless cutting with Bluetooth® connectivity.

To get the most out of it we have the Silhouette Studio Software, a program available in English and included with the machine. With it you can make your own designs in a simple and intuitive way, you can also cut all kinds of fonts installed on your computer and transform images into a format compatible for cutting with the machine. Now, this program allows you to program cutting settings by colour or layer, organise projects by layers, import and export in multiple formats, and better connect with the cloud and personal libraries.
