Kit No. 1: Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks

A blend of pigment and dye inks to achieve unique effects.

Designed by Tim Holtz, water-reactive, ideal for combining and using with our standard Distress inks.

This new range of Oxide colours is opaque and highly opaque; it mimics a rusted effect when water is applied and blends perfectly with the Distress colour palette.

The more water you apply, the more intense the rusted effect becomes and the more the dye bleeds. The rusted effect is more pronounced on darker colours.

You can use them with stamps, brushes or stencils, or apply them directly to the surface. Their consistency even makes it possible to stamp over dark colours.

They blend and mix easily, although you can use an applicator to help.

The finish is matt, chalk-style, once dry (if no water has been applied to achieve the rust effect).

The ink comes in a felt-tip format.

It dries slowly and can be used for embossing.

Fade-resistant and acid-free.

Size of each pad: 7.6 x 7.6 cm (3" x 3").
