Payment method

Craftelier has 2 different payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • Credit / Debit card:

    (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, AmericanExpress*).*
    A totally secure bank payment gateway is used for this purpose.
    Card details are not provided to Craftelier, we are therefore not responsible for their storage.
    This is the most convenient and quickest method of payment.

  • Paypal:

    If you have a PayPal account, you may pay easily through it.
    At the end of your order, you will be redirected to their website so that you can complete the payment with the email you are registered with.
    It is also an immediate method of payment; once the payment is received, the order is automatically put in preparation.

Invoice

If you need an invoice with your company labelled, you can note these details in your customer account in order to download it directly once you have completed your order.
If you do not have a customer account, you can email us at [email protected] (Subject "Invoice Order Number XXX") after completing the purchase, indicating the order number and all the necessary information to send it back to you by email in PDF.

Minimum purchase

We do not have a minimum shipping amount.

At Craftelier, we want to reward the loyalty of the customers who choose us to make their purchases. That's why we have a Points Club where you can obtain reward points to be exchanged for direct discounts on your next orders.

How do I get points?

  • Register:

    Create your customer account and get 100 points (only one registration per email address).

  • Buy:

    3 points per euro of unlimited purchase.

  • Comment:

    20 points for each comment you make on products (up to 20 approved comments).

  • Invite:

    20 points per friend invited (up to 20 friends).

How to use the points?

Place the order from your customer account so that the option "Use points" appears in the shopping cart.
Select how many points you want to use; you may choose some or all of them at the same time.
Click on "Apply points" and the discount will be automatically applied to the order before it is completed.

when do points expire?

Points are valid for 90 days from the date they are earned.
A few days before they expire, you will receive an email to let you know so that you can use them before you lose them.
You can check your total points balance in the "My Points" section in your customer account..

Shipping cost

We ship from Spain to the entire United States. Orders are shipped with DHL and the estimated delivery time is 5-6 business days.

Shipping costs will depend of the order and will be reflected at the checkout:

  • Order under $40 --> $8,99
  • Order between $40 and $100 --> $5,99
  • More than $100 --> Free!

Shipping conditions

Delivery time is indicated in business days.
During promotions or times of the year with a high volume of orders, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Withdrawals

In the event you changed your mind after receiving the order, or if any of the products are not what you expected, you can return it within 10 working days of receiving it, and the shipment costs will be your responsibility.
Please email us at [email protected] if you wish to make a return for this reason, and we will tell you how to proceed.

Damaged and Defective Products Claims

Once they deliver your order, please check whether it is complete and all the items are the one you purchased. If you detect any product is damaged or does not function correctly, we apologize, it may be a hidden defect, and we must claim it to our supplier. For better assistance, you need to email the Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number mentioned in the subject and explaining a bit your issue. It is essential you warn us within 14 days after receiving your parcel, as it sometimes is a shipping damage and the shipment company limits any claims to a few days." "It is very important that you keep for at least 15 working days the shipment box, as we will ask you pictures of it (some with the visible shipment label). This will help us greatly to do some checking and find the best solution to your issue." "If the product is damaged or not functioning correctly, you will need to email a brief summary of your issue, joining some pictures and/or a short video so that the Customer Service can determine how best to help you. The possible solutions are a refund the item (total or partially), a replacement for a new product, or a discount if the issue is minor. Incorrect Shipment

Once you receive the order, we strongly recommend that you check it thoroughly to ensure it's complete and that the products are what you expected.
If you discover a product is missing, or that a product you received is not what you ordered, we apologize for that, and hope this will not happen in the future.

Please notify us of the mistake within 14 working days after receiving the order.
You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to proceed and the appropriate solution based on your situation.
For all of them, you are required to keep the shipping box in which you received the order, as we will need to see pictures of it.
