Embossing powders are ideal for the embossing technique, which involves creating a raised effect using heat. They are perfect for adding depth to your projects. Ideal for scrapbooking, card-making, Project Life, Smashbook or home décor projects. Available in a wide range of colours.
These special embossing powders are colour-coordinated with the Tim Holtz Distress ink of the same name.
Furthermore, these powders are translucent, so they won’t cover the image you’re embossing or your background paper.
Another new feature of these powders is that you can use them on a variety of surfaces – as well as paper or card, you can also use them on leather or even metal.

Instructions for use:
Stamp the image from any stamp using clear ink. Sprinkle your chosen embossing powder over the top and brush off any excess. You can keep and reuse any powder that hasn’t adhered to the image. Heat with the embossing tool until the powder melts and fuses.
