Secrets of Madrid
It has always been clear to me that for each person there is a city in the world, the one where you can lose yourself for hours in its streets without losing your smile, the one where you get excited every time you come across one of your favourite movements.
Some people have had to travel halfway around the world to experience all these sensations, but I was lucky enough to be able to experience them barely 400 kilometres from my native Pamplona.
Fascinated by its history, monuments and buildings, I began to travel around Madrid with insistence after moving there in 2008. It didn't matter if the weather was bad or if I was starting to feel tired.
I always found a new reason to continue my improvised journey. That's how I first created the blog Secretos de Madrid and a year later this book was born, a compilation of the places and stories that have marked me the most during my years living in Madrid.
