5 loose leaves of gold leaf in fine yellow gold 22kt Giusto Manetti 80x80mm 15g

• Fine gold leaf in single sheets.
• Gilding in iconography is a complex and highly specialised technique that requires precision and artistry.
• To achieve the so-called "mirror effect", the gold leaf must be of such a weight and uniformity that it does not show defects when applied to the icon.
• Suitable for use with water and oil gilding techniques. It is recommended for restoration work and on previously worked surfaces, such as sculptures. Also suitable for other crafts and artistic works.
• Protected with tissue paper sheets, which makes it easier to handle and quicker to use on flat surfaces.
• Includes 5 sheets.
• Colour: yellow gold.
• Size: 8 x 8 cm.
• 22 KT.
• Weight: 15 g.
• They present a high risk of oxidation despite being well packaged.

Make: Giusto Manetti.
