The We R Memory Keepers Photo Sleeve Fuse Tool allows you to create a "stitched effect" on plastic sheets thanks to its tip, which heats up and melts the plastic, sealing it, for creating pockets or separations to your liking on the plastic sheets.

The Fuse can be found in a pack including the tool, a 16.5 cm metal ruler, a support to place the tool when hot, and two tips: one for cutting and another for melting.
