WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

There are typically two main scenarios for a return: when the customer wants to return an product or full order because it didn't meet his/her expectations and when the product is faulty.

Returning an order when the products didn't meet your expectations: If you are not completely satisfied with your order no matter the reason, CRAFTELIER offers a refund for products that remain unopened, unused and with the packaging in good conditions. In the case of paints, oils, mediums and other pigments or complements, they must be returned with the stamp and/or original seal unbroken.

The customer has 14 days to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, counting from the day he/she received the order, the return must be communicated during this period. The customer must in this case return the product by mail, assuming all shipping costs. In the case of machines and other similar products, they'll be sent to the manufacturer for their repair. Once it has been repaired it will be sent back to the customer in fully working condition. Further:


Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid through credit or debit card we will deposit your money back in the same card number. If you paid through PayPal we will deposit your money back to the same PayPal account.

Returning an order when a product presents a manufacturing defect: Craftelier assumes full responsibility for manufacturing defects. These defects must be communicated to Craftelier within 14 days counting from the day of reception. Further:


Changes will be processed within 3 working days after we received your return.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid through credit or debit card we will deposit your money back in the same card number. If you paid through PayPal we will deposit your money back to the same PayPal account.

If the customer selects a wrong address Craftelier will try to correct this mistake by any mean and deliver the parcel to the right address. If this results in any extra charge, the client will need to cover it.
