• It is recommend to mix no more than 5-8% duller into your paint solution.
• The amount of Duller you use depends on how matte you want the finish to be.
• A typical starting point is 1 part Duller to 4 parts paint (a 1:4 ratio).
• More Duller will result in a flatter, more matte finish.
• You can adjust this ratio to achieve the desired level of dullness.

• Mix the Paint and Duller:
• Pour the desired amount of Angelus leather paint into a mixing cup or onto a palette.
• Add the Angelus Duller to the paint according to the ratio you’ve chosen.
• Mix thoroughly using a stirring stick or tool until the Duller is fully integrated into the paint.
• The mixture should be smooth and consistent.
• Use a paintbrush or airbrush to apply the paint mixture to your leather item.
• Apply the paint in thin, even coats. Multiple thin layers will provide better control over the finish.
• Allow each coat to dry before applying the next one.
• After the paint has dried, check the finish to see if it’s as matte as you want it.
• If it’s still too glossy, you can mix and apply another coat with more Duller added.
