Soluble to water - Fast dry. - Highly waterproof. - Primer for plaster, clay, sponge cake etc. - Varnish-adhesive for decoupage specially indicated for paper and napkins, works with dry flowers or three dimensions - It is also used with fabric sizing mixed with water. - To sizing the sinamay tissue it is recommended to mix in proportion 3 of water for 1 of latex.
