Ink applicator with two repositionable pads

A tool for mixing and applying inks, very useful for applying Distress or water-based inks evenly and precisely.

Stick the pads onto the applicator using the Velcro side. Apply using circular movements, working from the edges of the paper towards the centre. To create effects using several inks, apply the lightest colours first and use a separate sponge for each colour.
