Ink applicator with two repositionable pads

Tool for mixing and applying inks, very useful for applying Distress or water-based inks evenly and precisely.

Stick the pads on the velcro part to the applicator. Apply with circular movements, from the edges of the paper inwards. To create effects with various inks, apply the lightest ones first and use a sponge for each color.
