Pad StazOn Pigment

As they are opaque, they can be used on dark surfaces.
It dries very fast on porous surfaces, and on non-porous surfaces it dries for at least 5 minutes. No fixing is necessary.

It can be used with all types of acrylic, rubber or rubber stamps.

Its pad is made of felt so that the ink penetrates well into the stamp and does not dry out over time.
