Lefranc and Bourgeois Charbonnel Aqua Wash Etching Ink Bistre 60ml

• Aquawash etching ink is a water-soluble emulsioned oil-based ink (does not contain water). 
• It meets all criteria for "extra fine" quality and has a high pigment concentration, identical to that of conventional inks.
• These inks allow the reproduction of all engraving techniques: engraving, drypoint, black way, etching and aquatint, as well as monotype and relief engraving techniques, such as linocut and woodcut. 
• The printing inks are true greasy inks for all relief and intaglio techniques, the colours are impregnable once dry (unlike water-based linocut inks).
• High light fastness.
• Colours can be mixed together.
• Can be used on paper with lower humidity than conventional inks.
• Dries as well as conventional inks.
