• Finally we can present one of the most awaited releases: the successful Distress Oxide inks created by Tim Holtz are now available in mini format!
• The Ranger team has worked tirelessly to make this product a reality, which has been long awaited since the release of the large format Distress Oxide inks.
• These inks are the result of a fusion of pigment and dye to achieve unique qualities.
• Designed by Tim Holtz, they are water-reactive, and can be combined with Distress Ink.
• Distress Oxide are opaque and very covering.
• You can mimic the rust effect by applying water and allowing to air dry, heat gun or paper towel.
• The more water you apply, the more intense the rust effect and the more the dye fades. In dark colours the rust effect is more pronounced.
• You can use them with stamps, brushes, stencils or you can apply them directly on the surface. Their consistency even makes it possible to stamp on dark colours.
• They are easily blended and mixed with the help of a gradient brush or applicator.
• The effect is matt, chalk style, once dry (if we have not applied water to achieve the rust effect).
• The inks come in felt pad format and are stackable.
• They match the entire Distress colour palette and are compatible with Distress Oxide reinkers.
• Slow drying, can be used for embossing.
• Fade resistant and acid free.
• Size of each pad: 2.54 x 2.54 cm (1 "x1").
