Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink – Uncharted Mariner

• A pigment and dye fusion ink offering unique properties.
• Designed by Tim Holtz, water-reactive, ideal for combining and working with our standard Distress inks.
• This new Oxide colour range is opaque and highly opaque; it mimics a rusted effect when water is applied and blends perfectly with the Distress colour palette.
• The more water you apply, the more intense the rust effect becomes and the more the dye bleeds. The rust effect is more pronounced on darker colours.
• You can use them with stamps, brushes or stencils, or apply them directly to the surface. Their consistency even makes it possible to stamp over dark colours.
• They blend and mix easily, although you can use anapplicator to help.
• The finish is matt, chalk-style, once dry (if you haven’t applied water to achieve the rust effect).
• The ink comes in a felt-tip format.
• It dries slowly and can be used for embossing.
• Resistant to fading and acid-free.
