This is the premium quality watercolor paper manufactured by St Cuthberts Mill and is endorsed by the Royal Watercolor Society. Made from 100% cotton, the highest quality papermaking material, to high archival standards. Each sheet is cushioned with calcium carbonate to help defend finished works from fading caused by acids present in air pollution.

Its attractive surface is created using natural wool felts that give it a texture Distinctive randomness. The surface is sized with gelatin, which makes it resistant and resilient to rubbing and other rough treatments.
