Distress Oxide Ink pads come in a 2"x2" size, featuring a felt pad. Due to their specialised composition, they cannot be made in the mini 1"x1" size like classic Distress Inks.

Ranger Distress Oxide Ink pads can be used for stamping, creating blended backgrounds, or even as watercolours by adding water. Once dry, because the pigment remains on the surface of the paper, they will reactivate whenever sprayed or splattered with water.

One of the main advantages of these inks is how seamlessly they blend. By using basic tools like domed ink applicators or blending brushes, you can craft smooth gradients, even when working with stencils or templates.

Distress Oxide ink is also ideal for distressing techniques, giving a classic aged effect and vintage style to your projects. And since they are slow-drying inks, they are also fully suitable for embossing techniques.
