Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha arrives with real improvements in both precision and usability, keeping the best of Silhouette Cameo 5. Whether you are a creative hobbyist or an experienced professional, it offers a smooth and refined user experience and exceptional results, making it the perfect tool to bring your ideas to life. With the new Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha, the print and cut system now includes four registration marks, significantly improving vertical and horizontal alignment. On the other hand, the new rollers provide better material adjustment and visibility.

Intelligent Path Technology (IPT) transforms the cutting experience with optimised cutting order, predictive precision and multi-layer capability, delivering smoother and cleaner results while saving time and reducing material stress.

The fast sketch mode allows up to 15.75 in/s with pen. Ideal for speeding up projects without losing detail. The capacity of the electrostatic mat has increased from 0.01 in to 0.02 in, allowing it to support a wider range of materials. This improvement gives creators more flexibility and a firmer hold for flawless results.

Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha supports materials up to 12" and can work with rolled material, especially when using the new optimised roll feeder and additional support rollers.

Compatible with PixScan™ and wireless cutting with Bluetooth® connectivity.

To get the most out of it, we have the Silhouette Studio software, a program available in English and included with the machine. With it you can create your own designs easily and intuitively, you can also cut all types of fonts installed on your computer and convert images into a format compatible for machine cutting. Now, this program allows you to set cut settings by colour or layer, organise projects by layers, import and export in multiple formats, and connect better with the cloud and personal libraries.
