Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha arrives with real improvements in both precision and usability, retaining the best of the Silhouette Cameo 5. Whether you are a creative hobbyist or an experienced professional, it offers a smooth, refined user experience and exceptional results, making it the perfect tool to bring your ideas to life. It is fast, precise and quieter.

With the new Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha, the Print & Cut system now includes four registration marks, significantly improving vertical and horizontal alignment. On the other hand, the new pinch rollers offer improved adjustment and visibility of the material.

Intelligent Path Technology (IPT) transforms the cutting experience with an optimized cutting order, predictive precision, and multilayer capability, providing smoother and cleaner results while saving time and reducing material tension.

The fast sketching mode reaches up to 15.75 in/s (400 mm/s) with a pen. Ideal for speeding up projects without losing detail. The capacity of the electrostatic mat has been increased from 0.008 in (0.2 mm) to 0.02 in (0.5 mm), allowing it to support a wider range of materials. This improvement gives creators greater flexibility and a firmer hold for flawless results.

Silhouette Cameo 5α Alpha supports materials up to 12 in and can work with rolled material, especially when using the new optimized roll feeder and additional support rollers.

Compatible with PixScan™ and wireless cutting with Bluetooth® connectivity.

To get the most out of it, we have Silhouette Studio Software, a program available in English and included with the machine. With it, you can create your own designs easily and intuitively; you can also cut all types of fonts installed on your computer and transform images into a compatible format for cutting with the machine. Now, this program allows you to set up cut settings by color or layer, organize projects by layers, import and export in multiple formats, and connect better with the cloud and personal libraries.
