Cut perfect circles with the new We R tool!
Now you can cut various sizes of different circles without having a bunch of hole punches, without complex cutting tools and without using a cutting blanket.

Place your paper on the base and lower the lid. Select the size of circle you want to cut and position the blade in the corresponding slit for each size. Rotate the blade until the circle is complete. Select an earlier or later size and follow the steps again to make a circular frame.

You can cut photographs or scrapbooking papers to decorate, create backgrounds, concentric compositions, etc.

The inner circle rotates completely, 360 degrees, in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise) and effortlessly.
