An attractive set of Winsor and Newton Artisan water mixable oil colours plus auxiliaries.
Artisan paints are designed to look and work like traditional oil paint, yet can be used without dangerous solvents; they are happy to be thinned and cleaned up with water.
This makes them especially good for artists who share a workspace or don't want solvents at school or at home.
Like traditional oil paint, Artisan water-mixable oil paint is made from linseed oil and safflower oil, although it has been modified to be mixed and wiped off with water.
It has a thick, buttery consistency with a slow drying time, and each colour has a high degree of permanence and high pigment strength.

- 10 x 37ml tubes of Artisan water mixable colour oil in colours lemon yellow, cadmium yellow, cadmium red, deep shade, permanent alizarin crimson, cerulean blue shade. The colours are available in the following shades: Lemon Yellow, French Ultramarine, Phthalo Green (blue shade), Yellow Ochre, Burnt Umber and Titanium White.
