Since its presentation in Creativation 2020 it has been raising passions. We're talking about We R Memory Keepersā new tool: the Button Press. Once you know all of its uses, you wouldnāt want to wait to own it.
Button Press is the perfect tool to create your own buttons. But its application does not stop there. You can create a lot of stuff with this tiny machine: magnets, hairpins, hand mirrors, clips, foam stickers or keyrings. Best of all is that you can use different materials such as paper, fabric or cardboard.
You can also dispose of three sizes, so you can adapt it to all of your projects. The smallest one is 25 mm, the medium is 37 mm, and the biggest one is 58 mm. These cover a huge rank of sizes, so they'll fill your necessities. Moreover, the accessories are available in three different sizes, so you don't have to give up to anything when making your creations.
Button Press covers a blank in the market since I-top Imaginisce was discontinued. The most notable difference between these two tools is that, since I-top looks like a hand-tool, the new Button Press is more like a table press. That makes it more stable, so there isn't need of using a lot of strength. It also opens the rank of utilities as We R Memory Keepers releases a huge range of accessories that will make easier the creation of multiple objects.
And it doesn't end there, among the available accessories, we can find some adapters that allow us to cut paper of the exact size of the adapters, so we don't have to worry about taking measurements or cutting with other tools. The Button Press does it all!
With this new tool you'll be able to customize a lot of accessories that you can add to your craft projects, create your own objects, make small personalized to surprise everyone and almost anything you can think of, the possibilities offered by this machine are almost infinite!
Among the accessories included are the tools needed to create different sized plates, clips to keep your papers well organized, hairpins, hand mirrors, key chains, decorations... In addition, you can have adhesive magnets and foam stickers for different uses. Isn't that great?
How does the Button Press work?
Step 1
Let's imagine that we want to make some nice badges or buttons with a paper that we love. Well, that's easy. First, put both adapters on the machine in position A. Now, put the badge on the surface of the machine, the design you've chosen, followed by a sheet of plastic to protect the paper. The notches on the adapter will indicate that you're placing the paper in the right position to ensure that our design is straight. Use these lines to adjust the paper and turn the adapter so that it's under the handle. Now, just pull the handle down, (is very comfortable and does not need to apply much force).
Step 2
Turn the button part of the press to the original position and you'll see the badge "has disappeared". That's because it's on the top of the machine. Now, just put both adapters in position B. Take the back part of the badge (the one containing the clip to be able to attach it) and place it in the adapter. Turn the base again, squeeze the handle and... Ta-da! We got our badge!
