How to use a die-cutting machine?

A Sizzix die-cutting machine is very easy to use. They could be manual, motorised or electronic. The cutting dimensions vary too, but the principle is just the same: You place your paper sheet upon a die or a stamp compatible, make a sandwich of this with two methacrylate plates and place everything on the machine: whether manually or not, the sandwich will be passed through two rolls which would apply pressure enough to cut the paper in the shape you chose.

How to use a die?

Dies, stamps and embossing folders are compatible with Sizzixā€™s machines. Dies cut much better than scissors and embossing folders give texture to the material you choose. Sizzix has different models of dies, called sizzix Bigz dies, thinlits or framelits according to their sizes and features.
