• The set is ideal for beginners and contains everything you need for textile screen printing.
• Screen printing is a printing method that involves forcing the ink, through a finely woven mesh screen, against the fabric with a rubber squeegee.
• How to use:
• - Create your matrix and fix it on the printing screen.
• - With the screen raised, place a small portion of paint along one side of the screen and with the squeegee drag the paint evenly onto the opposite side.
• - Place the canvas on top of the fabric and drag it evenly to the opposite side to cover all areas of the stencil.
• - Carefully remove the stencil from the canvas.
• - After drying, it can be fixed by ironing without steam for 3 minutes. The painted fabric is washable up to 40°, always inside out.
• It is important to wash the fabrics before painting, for a better reception of the paint. In the case of double-layered fabrics, e.g. bags, pillowcases, etc., a piece of cardboard should be placed in the middle so that the ink does not get through to the other layer of fabric. The results are most effective on 100% cotton fabrics.
